Project Management
Confidence in delivery.
Our people are qualified and experienced in project management, but we don’t obsess about tools and methodologies.
Every project is a unique endeavour and you can guarantee the requirements will change, dependencies and new constraints will emerge and stakeholders will vary their degree of involvement.
Despite this, we see too much focus on long-range, detailed planning, particularly on complex transformation programmes. It can give the wrong impression to stakeholders by suggesting certainty, where the reality is much more complex and uncertain. And at worst, the overhead it creates drives projects into the ground.
At Keyframe, we have found that a lighter, more iterative approach works best. Where possible, we use an organisation’s existing governance and focus on the key information needed to give stakeholders confidence in the project’s delivery and longer-term direction.
