Meet the team

With 15+ years’ experience central government, Tilly is a highly skilled change manager and our Operations Director at Keyframe. 

 

After studying Politics at university and then law school, Tilly joined the government graduate scheme, Fast Stream, at the Ministry of Defence, specialising in defence diplomacy.

 

During this time, Tilly was part of the Defence and wider government team working on and setting the UK’s future security posture on the 2010 and 2015 Defence and Security Reviews. Tilly left Defence to work on a complex technology-driven programme where she currently leads the transformation effort.

 

Bringing a wealth of knowledge to bear from her early career, Tilly works with with senior leaders and teams to enable the delivery of effective change management, ensuring a focus on clear planning with people at its heart.

With more than 10 years’ business and transformation consultancy experience, Tom is an adept business analyst and is the Sales Director at Keyframe. 

​

Driven by a desire to help clients achieve their goals, Tom provides sound advice to support organisations as they navigate through the toughest of business challenges.

 

Prior to entering the world of business consultancy, Tom served for 10 years in the Royal Air Force as an intelligence analyst and Arabic linguist. 

 

After leaving the military, Tom began his career as a business consultant and now specialises in target operating model definition and service design, transition and management.

As a Chartered Accountant with impressive experience in financial control, Thomas is Keyframe's Finance Director.

Thomas achieved chartered status with PwC's Public Sector audit team early in his career, motivated by the need to ensure the government is using public resources wisely. Aside from providing independent scrutiny, it gave Thomas the opportunity to recommend improvements to governance and financial control. 

​

This work enabled Thomas to specialise in the provision of assurance over public sector contracts at EY, identifying opportunities for cost recovery and ongoing cost savings at various public sector bodies.

​

With Keyframe, Thomas brings his experience in financial control, together with business analysis and project management to help our public sector clients make their transformation programmes a success.

Roz is one of Keyframe’s communications and engagement specialists with seven years experience in communications and change consultancy. 

​

With a degree in Journalism, Film and Media, Roz has always had a passion for communications and promotes the importance of its role in any organisation or transformation initiative. 

​

At Keyframe, Roz specialises in the provision of strategic communications advice to enable senior leaders and stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives, consistently delivering impact in complex stakeholder environments. 

Suzanne has extensive communications and stakeholder engagement experience across the public and private sector, including roles both in central Government and policing. 

 

Suzanne's strengths in strategy and planning have seen her forge a successful career across the communications spectrum - ranging from campaign development and insight through to events organisation and media management.

At Keyframe, Suzanne works alongside Roz, providing strategic communications and engagement advice and support for our defence and security clients. 

Tom is an experienced business change professional, adept at delivering holistic organisational change with a focus on improving the experience of the people at the center of it.  

​

As a former British Army Major, Tom was motivated by seeing the positive impact change could have on his colleagues and the wider organisation when it was effectively managed.  

​

Tom’s career to date has seen him hone his organisational design skills, develop successful operating models and deliver improved business processes across the British Army to enhance the experience of the people across the service. 

​

Now as a Principal Consultant with Keyframe, Tom brings this experience to bear, working alongside our clients to ensure the realisation of successful organisational change and positive outcomes for those impacted by it.
